Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing.
• Experience with Instagram advertising.
• Ability to analyze data and make optimization decisions.
• Understanding of conversion funnels and lead generation.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaign performance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and budgets.
• Analyze CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, conversions, ROAS, and other key metrics.
• Identify winning ads, audiences, and creatives.
• A/B test campaigns and creatives.
• Optimize campaigns based on performance data.
• Design and guide high-performing Instagram ad creatives.
• Build strategies to generate qualified leads and consultation bookings.
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights.
