Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or equivalent.
• 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and fire safety.
• Ability to read machine manuals and specs.
• Familiarity with LOTO and electrical safety procedures.
• Supervisory certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation of engineering project plans with timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, QA, and logistics to coordinate tasks.
• Manage lifecycle of new facility projects from design to construction.
• Track milestones, keep documentation current, provide progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with laws, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Identify risks and develop practical solutions to keep projects on schedule.
• Facilitate clear communication among internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Oversee vendor tasks including procurement support and contract adherence.
• Monitor KPIs like schedule, budget, and quality outcomes.
• Contribute to improvements in project management processes.
