Responsibilities

• Directly supervise employees in a site, manage schedules and workloads.
• Design and implement operations improvement strategies for safety, cost, quality, training, inventory and services.
• Analyze information for daily operational needs and provide prompt problem solving.
• Lead 5S activities, safety meetings and daily safety huddles.
• Coordinate team efforts and develop regional strategy and operating plans.
