Job summary

Scaleup Connect is seeking an Inline Quality Supervisor to oversee garment quality on the production floor, identify defects early, and ensure output meets buyer specifications and measurement requirements.

You will run inline quality inspections, monitor stitching and finishing, coordinate fixes with production teams, and help prepare for final inspection while maintaining thorough defect analysis and clear reports.

Qualifications

• Education: Intermediate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: 1–2 years in inline quality inspection or quality supervision in garment manufacturing.
• Experience in export garments, sportswear, activewear, or workwear preferred.
• Ability to understand approved samples, specs, and measurement sheets.

Responsibilities

• Inline quality inspections during garment production.
• Monitor stitching, measurements, workmanship, finishing, and overall product quality.
• Ensure production follows approved samples, buyer specifications, quality standards and measurement requirements.
• Support final inspection preparation by maintaining quality control during production.
• Identify defects during production and coordinate corrective actions with production teams.
• Check machine operations, operator performance, and production-line quality consistency.
• Reduce rejection, rework and defect rates through timely inspection and feedback.
• Report major quality issues immediately to the concerned department or management.

Role Overview

We are looking for a quality-focused Inline Quality Supervisor responsible for monitoring garment quality during production, identifying defects at early stages, and ensuring production output meets approved quality standards, buyer specifications, and measurement requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Inline Quality Inspection

• Conduct inline quality inspections during garment production.
• Monitor stitching, measurements, workmanship, finishing, and overall product quality.
• Ensure production follows approved samples, buyer specifications, quality standards, and measurement requirements.
• Support final inspection preparation by maintaining quality control during production.
• Identify defects during production and coordinate corrective actions with production teams.
• Check machine operations, operator performance, and production-line quality consistency.
• Reduce rejection, rework, and defect rates through timely inspection and feedback.
• Report major quality issues immediately to the concerned department or management.

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain inline inspection reports and defect analysis records.
• Coordinate with Production Supervisors, QMS Supervisor, and Quality team for quality improvements.
• Guide operators and production staff on quality standards and defect prevention.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality procedures and buyer requirements.
