INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Sales Operations & Business Development Lead to drive market intelligence, account planning and sales ops for industrial software across KSA, UAE, Qatar, and Oman. The role advances regional growth by coordinating with marketing, cybersecurity and product teams and by building a robust pipeline.

The successful candidate will bring 4–8 years in B2B software sales/BD, engineering or CS background, MBA preferred, and strong English communication with CRM

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in B2B software sales operations or related roles.
• Experience in direct and channel sales within industrial software.
• Exposure to cybersecurity, digital twin, MES, or similar apps.
• Strong go-to-market strategy, account planning and market intelligence.
• Engineering or CS degree; MBA preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead market research, target-account planning across multiple regions.
• Maintain tiered account lists and buyer maps for strategic customers.
• Track opportunities in CRM and manage weekly engagement with clients.
• Prepare presentations and outreach content for meetings and channels.
• Support pilots, POCs, RFQ trackers, and reference customers.
• Coordinate with marketing and cybersecurity teams for campaigns.
• Develop regional accounts master list spanning key industries.
• Collaborate across sales, marketing, tech, and business units.
