People Perfect is hiring a Sales Executive for a leading engineering and industrial solutions company in Lahore, Pakistan.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of B2B sales experience in industrial equipment and machinery, with strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. Candidates should be self-driven and goal-oriented, comfortable conducting product demonstrations and preparing proposals.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in B2B industrial equipment sales.
• Proven experience selling air compressors, vacuum pumps, industrial machinery, or engineering solutions.
• Strong business development and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to understand technical product requirements and customer needs.
• Strong client relationship management and sales closing skills.

Responsabilités

• Market and sell industrial equipment and engineering solutions including air compressors and vacuum pumps.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within industrial and manufacturing sectors.
• Generate leads and build strong relationships with potential and existing corporate clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations and commercial offers.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to close sales.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries and pending proposals.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
