You will also prepare reports and performance metrics, support lean initiatives, and engage cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues with data-driven solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and process improvement.
• Effective communication for cross-functional teams.
• Textile/manufacturing exposure is beneficial.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CAD and simulation/workflow software.
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore and manage multiple projects with safety focus.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Industrial Engineer role located in Lahore. The Industrial Engineer will analyze production processes, workflows, and layouts to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization across manufacturing units. Responsibilities include conducting time and motion studies, developing and implementing process improvement plans, and collaborating with manufacturing and quality teams to enhance productivity and product quality. The role involves preparing reports, process documentation, and performance metrics, as well as supporting lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects. The Industrial Engineer will also work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot operational issues and recommend data-driven solutions that align with company goals.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering skills, with knowledge of production systems and facility layouts.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, including data analysis, problem-solving, and the ability to interpret performance metrics.
• Candidates should possess Process Improvement skills, with experience in lean manufacturing, optimization techniques, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing reports, and presenting recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in textile or manufacturing environments is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering and data analysis tools (e.g., MS Excel, CAD, simulation or workflow software) is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore and manage multiple projects with attention to detail and safety standards.
