Generation pvt ltd in Lahore seeks an Industrial Engineer to analyze production processes and optimize resource utilization across manufacturing units. You will conduct time and motion studies, develop process improvements, and collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to boost productivity and product quality.

You will also prepare reports and performance metrics, support lean initiatives, and engage cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues with data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and process improvement.
• Effective communication for cross-functional teams.
• Textile/manufacturing exposure is beneficial.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CAD and simulation/workflow software.
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore and manage multiple projects with safety focus.
