Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from a reputed university.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
• Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute protocol operating procedures for all production procedures.
• Perform time and motion studies to build correct SMVs.
• Design, plan and balance production assemblies to gain ideal efficiency.
• Track and evaluate line performance, classify hurdles, and execute accurate measures.
• Cooperate with planning, production, and quality team members to make sure efficient workflow.
• Supervise constant development projects usage Kaizen, Lean, or Six Sigma methods.
• Able to train and mentor IE staff members and production supervisors on best major practices.
• Assist new style enhancement and pre-production planning.
• Make and interpret efficiency KPIs, reports, and enhancement plans to senior management.
• Make sure compliance with safety and sustainability protocols.
