Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive B2B sales strategies and campaigns to generate qualified leads and convert them into revenue.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders to expand the company's market footprint.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to adjust sales approaches and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
• Coordinate with technical and marketing teams to align sales efforts with new product launches and promotions.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements with clients while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management to assist in strategic decision-making.
• Conduct training and development sessions for the sales team aimed at improving product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
