Job summary

HRBS Global is seeking an energetic Sales Executive for a client in the chemical and industrial products sector. You will sell chemicals, solvents, flavours, and related products to industrial B2B customers, identify opportunities, and present tailored solutions.

Based in Karachi, you will travel to client sites, build relationships, achieve targets, monitor markets, and support debt collection. A 3–5 year track record in B2B sales and a relevant degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Marketing, Business, or related field
• Strong negotiation and bargaining skills
• Good understanding of industrial products and markets
• Experience in business development, relationship management, and customer retention
• Familiarity with MS Office, CRM, and sales software
• Willingness to travel as required
• Confident, presentable, proactive, and target-oriented

Responsibilities

• Sell chemicals, solvents, flavours, and related products to industrial B2B customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across chemical, food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and related industries.
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable product solutions.
• Achieve sales targets, KPIs, and business development goals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer retention.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new product opportunities.
• Follow up on customer payments and support debt recovery/collections.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order and customer management.
• Travel within Karachi and other areas as required for business development.
