Job summary

HR Ways is seeking a Marketing & Sales Officer in Karachi to drive sales of cosmetic chemicals, raw materials, and ingredients across Pakistan. You will develop and maintain strong client relationships with cosmetic manufacturers and identify new opportunities to meet and exceed targets.

The role requires at least 3 years in cosmetic chemicals sales, a solid B2B network, and strong negotiation and communication skills. Onsite with standard hours, located on Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales/marketing of cosmetic chemicals, raw materials, or ingredients.
• Strong existing network among cosmetic manufacturers in Pakistan.
• Good understanding of cosmetic ingredients and their applications.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell cosmetic chemicals, raw materials, and ingredients to cosmetic manufacturers across Pakistan.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify new customers and business opportunities within the cosmetics manufacturing industry.
• Understand customers' product requirements and recommend suitable chemical ingredients accordingly.
• Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and business meetings.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on orders and payments.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and business opportunities.
• Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
