Qualifications

Bachelor's or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Instrumentation.
Hands-on experience in Industrial Automation.
Ability to deliver practical, lab-based technical training.
Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on training in Industrial Automation technologies.
Conduct practical laboratory sessions on PLC, SCADA, and DCS systems.
Guide students through real-world industrial automation projects and applications.
Develop and update training materials, course content, and practical exercises.
Assess student performance through assignments, quizzes, and practical evaluations.
Provide technical support and mentorship to trainees.
Demonstrate industrial equipment, sensors, drives, and control panels.
Stay updated with the latest automation technologies and industry trends.
Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure a safe training environment.
Collaborate with the academic team to improve curriculum quality.
