Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on training in Industrial Automation technologies.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Automation Trainer to deliver high-quality technical training in industrial automation technologies. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on instruction, conduct practical lab sessions, mentor students, and bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on training in Industrial Automation technologies.
• Conduct practical laboratory sessions on PLC, SCADA, and DCS systems.
• Guide students through real-world industrial automation projects and applications.
• Develop and update training materials, course content, and practical exercises.
• Assess student performance through assignments, quizzes, and practical evaluations.

Required Expertise

• Strong knowledge of PLC Programming (Siemens and Allen-Bradley preferred).

• Experience with industrial sensors, VFDs, HMIs, and control panels.
• Ability to troubleshoot industrial automation systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in Industrial Automation.
• Ability to deliver practical, lab-based technical training.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Prior teaching or technical training experience is preferred.
