Qualifications

• 1–2 years of inbound or outbound sales experience, with 1+ year of inbound preferred.
• Intermediate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
• Consultative selling and objection handling
• CRM and basic computer skills
• Teamwork, time management, and problem-solving
• Ability to work night shifts in a target-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, recommend telecom products and services, and achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

• Achieve sales targets; use cross-selling and upselling.
