Job summary

Creative Chaos is seeking an proactive Inbound SDR to manage all incoming sales inquiries and qualify leads for scheduling with our Account Executive. The role emphasizes prompt responses, personalized outreach, and accurate CRM logging in HubSpot.

You will work closely with AEs to ensure smooth handoffs, nurture non-ready leads, and contribute feedback to marketing on lead quality. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years in a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot.
• Comfort with phone outreach and handling objections.
• Highly organized and process-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads (within defined SLAs).
• Conduct initial outreach via personalized emails, phone calls, and SMS.
• Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the AE using HubSpot Meetings.
• Maintain CRM accuracy by logging activities, notes, and lead dispositions in HubSpot.
• Nurture cold leads by adding them to follow-up cadences or handing off to marketing.
• Monitor and triage website contact forms, inbound calls, demo requests, and email inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with AEs to ensure seamless handoff and calendar alignment.
• Provide feedback to marketing and sales on lead quality and recurring patterns.
