Job summary

Unilever is seeking a Field Sales In Store Manager who will lead the front-line sales for the designated account, ensuring effective distribution and achievement of targets. This local role offers exposure to trade marketing and performance measurement in a dynamic FMCG environment.

You'll manage an on-ground team, coordinate with distributors, negotiate JBPs, and use tools like Power BI and MS Office to analyze performance and drive actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1-4 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive the business to the desired ambition and sales growth.
• Uplift competitive visibility in store.
• Coordinate with distributor/customer operational plans and executions.
• Negotiate with customer for Joint Business Planning.
• Demonstrate financial acumen with customer profitability and gross margin.
• Lead and develop an extended team of FMMs and drive talent.
• Uphold key performance indicators for the business.
• Redefine processes post-execution with analytical rigor.
