Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) aligned with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.
Develop IMS policies, processes and objectives aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate internal audits for QMS, EMS, and OHS and document findings.
Identify compliance gaps from audits and track CAPA across departments.
Collaborate with Customer Service and After-Sales to address complaints and improve quality.
Develop, implement and monitor Quality Service Agreements (QSAs).
Promote quality culture through awareness campaigns and training sessions.
