Job summary

Shipco Transport Inc. in Karachi is seeking an Import Documentation Executive to manage import documentation, Bill of Lading processing, Shipping Instructions, and carrier coordination.

The role focuses on accurate submission of shipping documents, SBP compliance, and resolving rating and billing discrepancies while coordinating with customers, carriers, overseas agents, and upcountry offices. You will support reporting, record management, and provide strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong networking within freight forwarders.
• Knowledge of local and international regulatory requirements for shipping.

Responsibilities

• Import Documentation and Bill of Lading management.
• Import Billing, Rating, and Invoicing.
