Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT administration or support engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Okta or similar IDP platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Jamf or Apple MDM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Okta for various access management tasks.
• Manage user onboarding/offboarding and permission requests.
• Support SAML/OIDC integrations with third-party apps.
