Job summary

NorthBay Solutions in Pakistan is seeking an experienced Unity Developer with strong mobile app experience to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will build, optimize, and deploy Unity-based Android and iOS applications using C# across hybrid environments.

The role requires deep knowledge of mobile architecture, performance tuning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and mentoring skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of software development with Unity.
• Strong Unity 3D and C# expertise.
• Extensive mobile Android/iOS experience.
• Understanding of mobile architecture and lifecycle.
• Experience with REST APIs, SDKs, and third-party libraries.
• Git and modern software development practices.
• Experience with mobile build/deploy (Google Play/App Store).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Unity and C#.
• Develop and optimize applications for Android and iOS platforms.
• Implement features, UI, animations, integrations, and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical, performance, and platform-specific issues.
• Optimize mobile performance, memory usage, CPU/GPU utilization, and battery life.
• Integrate third-party SDKs, APIs, libraries, analytics, and platform services.
• Manage mobile builds, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when required.
