NorthBay Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Unity Developer with strong mobile development expertise for a hybrid role across Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad. The candidate will lead the design, development, and optimization of mobile apps using Unity and C#, targeting Android and iOS.

The role demands hands‑on experience, collaboration with cross‑functional teams, and mentorship for junior developers. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of professional software development experience with Unity.
• Proficiency in Unity 3D and C# for mobile apps on Android and iOS.
• Experience architecting mobile apps with knowledge of lifecycle and platform specifics.
• Hands‑on performance optimization, profiling, memory management and debugging in Unity.
• Experience integrating REST APIs, SDKs and third‑party libraries.
• Experience with Git and modern development practices.
• Experience with mobile build and deployment processes for Google Play and App Store.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality mobile applications using Unity and C#.
• Develop and optimize applications for Android and iOS platforms.
• Implement features, UI, animations, integrations, and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical, performance, and platform‑specific issues.
• Optimize mobile performance, memory usage, CPU/GPU utilization, and battery life.
• Integrate third‑party SDKs, APIs, libraries, analytics, and platform services.
• Manage mobile builds, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Participate in code reviews and development best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when required.
