Job summary

NorthBay Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Unity Developer for mobile development across Android and iOS. The role requires hands-on Unity and C# expertise and a track record of shipping mobile apps in a hybrid work setup.

You will collaborate with designers, product managers, and distributed teams to optimize performance, implement features, and mentor junior developers. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of professional software development experience with Unity.
• Strong proficiency in Unity 3D and C#.
• Experience developing mobile apps for Android and iOS.
• Experience with REST APIs, SDKs, and third‑party libraries.
• Experience with Git and modern software practices.
• Experience with mobile build and deployment processes for Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Unity and C#.
• Develop and optimize applications for Android and iOS platforms.
• Implement application features, UI, animations, integrations, and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical, performance, and platform‑specific issues.
• Optimize applications for mobile performance, memory usage, CPU/GPU utilization, and battery consumption.
• Integrate third‑party SDKs, APIs, libraries, analytics, and platform services.
• Manage mobile builds, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when required.
