Job summary

NorthBay - Pakistan is seeking an experienced Unity Developer to build and optimize mobile apps using Unity and C#. The role is full-time, with hybrid work across Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad, and requires 8–10+ years of professional software development.

You will collaborate with design, product, and QA teams, implement features, optimize performance, and guide junior developers as needed, delivering high-quality mobile experiences for Android and iOS.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of professional software development experience with Unity.
• Strong proficiency in Unity3D and C#.
• Extensive mobile app development experience for Android and iOS.
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and platform specifics.
• Hands-on performance optimization, memory management, and debugging in Unity.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party libraries.
• Proficient with Git and modern development practices.
• Experience with mobile build and deployment processes for Google Play and App Store.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Unity and C#.
• Develop and optimize applications for Android and iOS platforms.
• Implement features, UI, animations, integrations, and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical, performance, and platform-specific issues.
• Optimize mobile performance, memory usage, CPU/GPU utilization, and battery life.
• Integrate third-party SDKs, APIs, libraries, analytics, and platform services.
• Manage mobile builds, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
