Job summary

AdMasters Advertising Agency is seeking a Cold Calling Specialist for a full-time, hybrid role based in Multan with some work-from-home flexibility. You will conduct outbound calls, qualify leads, and schedule demos for the sales team.

Responsibilities include logging calls, updating CRM records, and tailoring messaging to prospects while collaborating with marketing and sales to improve client acquisition. Strong English communication and CRM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and confident phone presence.
• Proficiency in cold calling, lead generation, and basic sales techniques, with the ability to handle objections and build rapport.
• Experience with CRM or lead management tools and accurate documentation of call outcomes and prospect information.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (Meta, Google, TikTok ads) and the ability to explain services simply.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet daily/weekly call, appointment and conversion targets.
• Hybrid work environment in Multan, balancing office and home-based tasks.
• Telemarketing/inside sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business/marketing/communications is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce AdMasters' digital marketing services.
• Qualify leads and schedule follow-up meetings or demos for the sales team.
• Maintain call logs and update CRM records; follow scripts while tailoring messaging to prospects.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality.
• Aim to hit daily and weekly call, appointment, and conversion targets.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and contribute to improving client acquisition efforts.
