Formación

• Experience in reporting and dashboard management.
• Knowledge of KPI/Call center metrics.
• Experience with PivotTables, Power Query, and advanced Excel features.
• Ability to create dashboards using Power BI/Tableau.

• Prepare and manage reports and dashboards.
• Analyze KPIs and performance trends.

This resource will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, validating, and presenting call center performance data to support operational decision-making.
The role will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), develop automated reports and dashboards, identify performance trends, and provide actionable insights to improve customer experience, agent productivity, service quality, and operational efficiency in an online retail environment

• 2- KPI and Performance Analysis
• 3-Data accuracy and validation
• 4- Advanced Excel data automation
• 5- Trend Analysis and Root Cause Identification
• 6-Operational and Business Support
• 7-Forecasting and Capacity Insights Advanced Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF/IFS, and Power Query. Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.Experience developing dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• 8-Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis is an advantage. Understanding of call center KPIs, contact center operations, and quality assurance metrics.
