Qualifications

• Graduates with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged.
• Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word and email.
• Enthusiastic learners who are ready to grow within the HR function.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities such as CV screening, interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Maintain employee records, attendance sheets and HR documentation accurately.
• Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
• Prepare basic HR reports, attendance summaries and keep employee databases up‑to‑date.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and perform general HR administrative tasks.
• Handle confidential employee information with discretion.
• Carry out additional HR duties as directed by the supervisor.
