Job summary

S. Zia Ul Haq & Sons (Pvt.) Ltd is seeking a Management Trainee Officer – Human Resources (MTO – HR) to support daily HR operations and gain hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and reporting. This in-person role offers structured growth in a dynamic HR environment.

The ideal candidate has a relevant degree, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The role provides exposure to HRIS systems and real-world HR processes in Sukkur, Pakistan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Human Resources (MBA-HR), or equivalent from a reputable university.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees and management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities, including CV screening and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.
• Support onboarding and induction for new hires.
• Prepare HR reports and update records in HRIS systems and Excel spreadsheets.
• Assist in tracking attendance, leave, and probation periods.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
