Responsibilities

• Support employee onboarding, orientation, and joining formalities.
• Assist with attendance, leave, and employee data management.
• Prepare routine HR letters, notices, and internal communications.
• Update recruitment and candidate records in the company’s HR and ATS systems.
• Respond professionally to basic employee and candidate queries.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
• Provide support in daily HR and administrative activities.
• Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by management.
