About The Role
The HR Operations Specialist plays a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle by ensuring efficient HR operations, maintaining employee records, coordinating performance and probation processes, managing payroll inputs, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives. This role serves as a primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters while ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining a positive employee experience.
Essential Functions
- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely completion of documentation and a seamless employee experience.
- Coordinate probation reviews and employee confirmations, including feedback collection, documentation, follow-ups, and communication of outcomes.
- Compile, validate, and submit monthly payroll inputs, including salary adjustments, allowances, bonuses, deductions, and employee status changes.
- Support performance management cycles by coordinating reviews, tracking timelines, collecting feedback, and maintaining related documentation.
- Act as a primary HR point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and employee-related matters.
- Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS, including employee information, leave records, performance data, and organizational updates.
- Ensure all HR documentation is properly maintained, updated, and stored in compliance with company policies and confidentiality requirements.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports, including attendance, attrition, headcount, and other workforce-related data.
- Support the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, events, and programs that enhance employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
- Manage employee health insurance administration, including vendor coordination, enrollment support, claim processing, and employee assistance regarding coverage-related queries.
- Coordinate with employees, managers, internal departments, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of HR processes and timely resolution of issues.
- Support HR projects, audits, compliance activities, and other talent management initiatives as assigned.
- Perform additional HR and administrative responsibilities as required to support business and organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, HR Operations, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and HR best practices.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms and maintaining employee records.
- Familiarity with payroll coordination, attendance management, and performance management processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
