Job summary

Pakistan Single Window (PSW) is recruiting on behalf of the National Agri-Trade and Food Safety Authority (NAFSA). The selected candidate will join NAFSA’s foundational team to develop systems, processes, and institutional capabilities for improved HR operations.

The role focuses on maintaining personnel records, HRIS master data, payroll coordination, performance management cycles, and audit readiness, with emphasis on confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (16 years) in HRM or related field (HEC-recognized).
• Minimum 2 years of HR operations/administration experience.
• Experience with HRIS and structured documentation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee personnel files (physical and digital) ensuring completeness and confidentiality.
• Update and maintain employee master data in HRIS including joining details, transfers, and separations.
• Support leave and attendance tracking and generate periodic summaries.
• Assist in performance management cycles including tracking goals, appraisals, and PIPs.
• Prepare routine HR operational reports such as confirmations, leave balances, and attrition data.
• Support disciplinary and grievance documentation ensuring proper record maintenance.
• Draft routine HR correspondence including letters and internal notifications.
• Assist in payroll input coordination by providing verified HR data.
• Maintain registers and trackers for confirmations, probation timelines, and separations.
• Support audit requirements by organizing HR records timely.
• Escalate documentation gaps to the Assistant Director.
• Perform other duties as assigned by senior HR team with approval.
