Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Digital Media, Marketing, Journalism or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update NAFSA's digital content across official platforms (website/CMS, social media channels, and internal communication platforms) with timely publishing.
• Draft, edit, format, and schedule digital content (posts, announcements, web updates, FAQs, advisories, event content, internal updates)
• Coordinate with SAPW/OW/CSW to translate technical and regulatory information into clear messaging with required reviews.
• Maintain content calendars, publishing trackers and archives for retrievability and record readiness.
• Monitor basic digital performance metrics and prepare analytics summaries to improve content effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with communication protocols and crisis/risk communication procedures for sensitive topics.
• Support multimedia content coordination by preparing briefs and coordinating inputs with vendors.
• Maintain brand templates and assets across platforms for consistent application.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Assistant Director (External/Internal Communications) or Director Communications.
