Job summary

Pakistan Single Window (PSW) is recruiting for a regulatory documentation and compliance coordination role on behalf of NAFSA. The selected candidate will help develop systems and processes to strengthen Pakistan's agri-trade and food safety oversight.

Key duties include processing applications, maintaining registers, coordinating with units, drafting notices, and generating periodic compliance reports to support NAFSA's mandate.

Qualifications

• Strong documentation and computer skills are required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping are essential.
• Coordination and communication with different units are important for regulatory work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing registration/renewal applications for plant-related businesses and verify completeness and compliance evidence.
• Support maintenance of national registers and databases and ensure proper record management and documentation control.
• Coordinate with inspection/surveillance/diagnostics/ITC units to obtain compliance inputs and follow-up on deficiencies.
• Prepare draft decision notes, routine correspondence, and notices for supervisory review.
• Support monitoring of ongoing compliance and compilation of periodic reports and summaries.
• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the reporting officer in support of NAFSA's mandate.
