Job summary

Falkenherz Group is seeking a proactive HR Specialist to manage the full employee lifecycle and day-to-day HR operations in Lahore. You will be a key contact for staff, ensuring policy adherence and labor law compliance.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, 2–4 years HR experience, and hands-on HRIS/HRMS and MS Office skills. IT industry exposure is a plus, with strong communication and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of relevant HR experience.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS and MS Office.
• IT industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, promotions, transfers, and separations.
• Handle HR documentation, employee records, and HRIS updates.
• Coordinate monthly payroll, attendance, leaves, overtime, and deductions.
• Manage employee exits, final settlements, and clearance processes.
• Ensure HR policy implementation and labor law compliance.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and daily HR operations.
