Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for local and international hires.
• Foster positive employee relations by addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.
• Design and maintain performance appraisal systems including 360-degree feedback.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment legislation.
• Coordinate compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
• Lead workforce and succession planning to support growth.
• Organize and oversee training and development initiatives via e-learning and LMS.
• Implement organizational development programs to improve culture and engagement.
• Utilize HRIS to manage records, track workflows, and produce strategic reports.
• Apply balanced scorecards and HR metrics to monitor effectiveness.
• Communicate HR policies clearly across the organization.
• Collaborate with leadership to promote diversity and inclusion.
• Manage vendor relationships for outsourced HR services and training.
