Taraki Technologies in Lahore is seeking an Assistant Manager - Pre-Audit to support HR operations within the HVAC industry. You will help develop HR strategies, oversee recruitment, onboarding, and maintain personnel records while ensuring policy compliance.

This role requires 1–2 years HR experience, strong knowledge of labor laws, and proficiency with HR software. You will collaborate across teams, handle confidential information, and help drive performance initiatives in a full-time on-site

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a human resources role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HR software systems and databases.
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Support the recruitment and selection process by conducting interviews, administering tests, and ensuring proper onboarding.
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Address employee demands, grievances, or other issues and escalate when necessary.
• Assist in talent management and development programs.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Support the administration of benefits programs and promote employee engagement activities.
