The position is remote initially, with the possibility of relocating to Saudi Arabia later. Candidates should have 4–8 years of experience in HR, management, or related fields. The role includes responsibilities from setting up HR systems to managing recruitment and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Build and manage Ibtdara’s HR function from the ground up.
