Job summary

Bank of Punjab in Lahore is seeking an Associate/Assistant Manager – Low Cost Housing to coordinate loan files, process credit applications and ensure regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in a relevant field with 2–4 years in consumer retail lending, knowledge of SBP regulations, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized/foreign university in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field.
• 2–4 years of banking experience in consumer retail lending; housing finance experience preferred.
• Up to 55 years of age at application.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team for completion of house loan files.
• Process credit files according to bank policies and SBP regulations.
• Liaise with RCAD for property evaluation, legal opinions, and loan disbursements.
• Coordinate with customers/CAD CFC for release of construction tranches.
• Ensure completion of credit file documentation.
• Coordinate with RFD Operations on operational matters.
• Liaise with MIS and reconciliation departments.
