We are hiring a Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Gujrat The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel sales and marketing as well as exceptional communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel bookings and revenue
• Identify potential clients and build relationships to secure new business opportunities
• Conduct market research to identify trends competitive landscape and potential target markets
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
• Create and manage sales budgets forecasts and reports
• Train and mentor the sales team to achieve targets and provide exceptional customer service
• Negotiate contracts with clients for group bookings events and partnerships
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the hotel
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of the local market trends and competitive landscape in Gujrat
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite including Excel for budgeting purposes
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings as needed
