The incumbent will manage requisitions, quotations, purchase orders, supplier coordination, and material verification, while supporting cost-control initiatives across project teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Business Admin or Commerce or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement or material coordination.
• Experience in construction, engineering or hospital projects is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate material requirements with project teams to meet specifications and timelines.
• Process purchase requisitions and obtain supplier quotations.
• Prepare comparative statements and raise purchase orders per procurement procedures.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Procurement and Stores to avoid shortages.
• Inspect and verify delivered materials against orders and specs.
