Job summary

Dzuh is hiring a DGM Pharmacy Inventory to lead and manage pharmacy inventory operations across the hospital network in Pakistan. The role is onsite at Head Office North Nazimabad Campus, Karachi, with responsibility for regulatory compliance, cost control, and system optimization.

The ideal candidate will have Pharm-D and a Master’s/Bachelor’s in Supply Chain or Healthcare Management, with 10–12 years of experience in pharmacy inventory or hospital logistics.

Qualifications

• Pharm-D plus Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field is required.
• 10–12 years of experience in pharmacy inventory or hospital supply chain.
• Experience with DRAP regulations and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee pharmacy inventory operations across all hospital units to ensure uninterrupted availability of medicines and medical supplies.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory turnover, and expiry management to minimize shortages, wastage, and overstocking.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and pharmacy teams for accurate demand forecasting and timely replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with DRAP regulations, hospital policies, and audit requirements related to pharmaceutical inventory.
• Implement and optimize ERP/inventory management systems for accurate tracking, reporting, and control.
• Analyze inventory data and prepare management reports, variance analysis, and cost-control strategies.
• Lead and develop the inventory and pharmacy store teams, ensuring operational efficiency and accountability.
