Riphah International Hospital is seeking an Assistant Manager HR to oversee the complete employee lifecycle for hospital staff and ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations. You will partner with department heads to attract, develop and retain talent while upholding organizational policies.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s/MBA in HR from an HEC-recognized institute, with additional HR certification preferred and at least five years of relevant healthcare experience.
