• General knowledge of US NAIC statutory reporting (preferred).
• Experience in investment accounting (preferred).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) and reporting tools (Hyperion, Oracle EPM) (required).
• Experience with Investment Accounting systems (Midland Enterprise!, YARDI, SS&C Singularity, State Street PAM) (preferred).
• Familiarity with Tableau, PowerBi, SQL, Alteryx, Python/R, and Workiva (preferred).
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Evernorth seeks a detail-oriented Investment Accounting Lead Analyst for our Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad. This role supports accurate, timely, and compliant investment accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have solid foundational US GAAP expertise, a willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset to support global financial operations.

Summary of Key Responsibilities
