Qualifications

• Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with business owners.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a competitive mindset.
• Must be available to work during US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to US-based businesses.
• Introduce our services and communicate our value proposition effectively.
• Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria.
• Book appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Handle objections professionally and keep conversations engaging.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn when required.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity and appointment targets.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
