Job summary

CureMD Corporation in Lahore is seeking an Implementation Associate to support onboarding, training, and deployment of CureMD products. You will work closely with senior staff and clients to ensure successful implementations and high-quality end-user training.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a passion for teaching and healthcare technology. You will contribute to training materials, client enablement, and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; EMR/EHR training or implementation experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of physician billing, clinical, and operational workflows for inpatient and outpatient settings is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct high-quality remote training sessions with new and existing clients.
• Assess training needs and customize agendas and content.
• Ensure customers achieve training objectives within timelines.
• Identify and escalate issues during implementation and help resolve them.
• Update training materials to include new features.
• Conduct product demonstrations to familiarize customers with features.
• Perform system configurations and customizations.
• Complete assigned project deliverables.
• Document customer feature requests for product development.
• Contribute to improvement of training programs and materials.
