Job summary

CureMD is seeking a highly organized Digital Adoption Associate in Lahore to create and optimize in-app guidance, walkthroughs, tooltips, and onboarding task lists for diverse user roles. You will ensure content reflects current system workflows and adheres to privacy standards.

You'll collaborate with product and domain experts, perform QA testing across browsers and devices, and use analytics to improve engagement and completion rates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Data Analytics is required.
• 0-1 years of experience in Digital Adoption or a similar role.
• Experience with LMS, knowledge base, chatbot, or in-app help system is preferred.
• Familiarity with enterprise software (EHR/CRM/ERP) is a plus.
• Excellent writing skills and ability to simplify complex processes for users.
