Job summary

K Electric Gmbh is seeking an experienced AMI Headend Administrator in Karachi to manage the AMI Headend systems across multiple vendors. You will ensure security, access control, and reliable data flows to SAP and MDMS while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

You will monitor HES health, optimize processes, and support SLA/DLP negotiations to ensure zero downtime and timely data delivery according to organizational policies.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) degree.
• 3+ years of experience in AMI/HES or related field.
• Knowledge of headend systems and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Head-end Systems (HES) Administration for multiple vendors (Iskraemeco, Hexing, Holley) and their databases.
• Device and user access management for Smart meters and HES software.
• Implement data security, backups, user access control and performance monitoring.
• Integrate HES with external systems (MDMS, SAP, Data Analytics).
• Configure hardware/software modules of Headend systems and meters.
• Regular health monitoring of installed devices/meters and dashboards.
