Job summary

Motive is hiring a Manager for Solutions Operations to drive the engine behind its Solutions organization. You will own two workflows—Insights & Analytics and Tooling & Systems—and build a team, set priorities, and scale operations to enable faster, better-supported decisions.

The role emphasizes leadership, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with a focus on data integrity and automation. You will partner with Sales Engineering, Trial Success, and Implementation to optimize systems,

Qualifications

• Experience leading business operations, Sales Operations, RevOps, analytics, systems operations, or a closely related operational function.
• Depth with dashboards, KPI frameworks, business reviews, data quality, and performance reporting.
• Experience leading change across multiple teams, and the ability to communicate credibly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance trends, investigate anomalies, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Own and optimize the Solutions tech stack, centered on Salesforce and connected systems.
• Lead end-to-end change: enablement, adoption measurement, post-launch success metrics, governance, and cost-effectiveness of tools.
• Lead Solutions-specific AI Operations with the central AI Operations team; identify use cases, deploy agents, establish governance, and drive adoption.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop your team; manage performance and succession.
• Lead multi-team initiatives and influence leaders through analysis and clear communication.
