Job summary

Codelabs delivers custom software, e-commerce platforms, video analytics and agentic AI solutions to clients across the UAE, US and international markets. As Head of Sales for Digital Services, you'll own revenue for the services business: building the pipeline, qualifying and closing deals, shaping proposals with our technical leads, and setting the sales playbook the team runs on.

This is a builder's role — you'll inherit warm inbound from our marketing engine and be expected to multiply it

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years selling software services or SaaS.
• Proven track record against a revenue target with verifiable numbers.
• Ability to scope technical work credibly during discovery calls.
• Excellent written and spoken English for international clients.
• Strong proposal writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the digital-services revenue target and the pipeline feeding it.
• Run full sales cycle from discovery to close with technical leads.
• Build and refine outbound motion and partnerships.
• Convert inbound leads from website and campaigns with consultative follow-up.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and report pipeline weekly.
• Collaborate with marketing on positioning and offers.

Responsibilities

• Own the digital-services revenue target and the pipeline that feeds it
• Run the full cycle on key deals: discovery, scoping with technical leads, proposal, negotiation, close
• Build and refine the outbound motion — ICP definition, sequences, partnerships and referrals
• Convert inbound leads from the website, WhatsApp and campaigns with fast, consultative follow-up
• Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and report an honest pipeline to leadership weekly
• Work with marketing on positioning, case studies and offers that shorten sales cycles

Requirements

• 4+ years selling software services, digital agencies' offerings, or SaaS — with deals you closed, not just supported
• Proven track record against a revenue target you can walk us through number by number
• Ability to scope technical work credibly — you can hold a discovery call about an e-commerce build or an AI integration without an engineer in the room
• Excellent written and spoken English for international clients

• Comfortable selling to UAE, US and international buyers across time zones
• Based in Karachi and able to work on-site with the delivery team
