Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field is required.
• Proven experience as construction manager or similar role is essential.
• Knowledge of codes, safety regulations and quality standards is required.

Job description

A reputable construction company in Lahore is seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Manager to join our team As a Construction Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the construction projects from start to finish This includes planning organizing and controlling all aspects of the project including budgeting scheduling and ensuring quality workmanship

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all stages of construction projects from start to finish
• Develop and implement project plans schedules and budgets
• Coordinate with subcontractors suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of the project
• Monitor progress of construction activities and make necessary adjustments to ensure project stays on track
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Manage project budget by tracking expenses and making cost-saving recommendations
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and progress
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on project status

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proven working experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes building codes safety regulations and quality standards
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in MS Office suite and construction management software

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree in Construction Management or related field
• Experience working on large-scale commercial or residential projects
• Experience with AutoCAD or other design software

Salary
